Review: Exhibition “Siberiade” in the Schluh
The exhibition “Siberiade” , which was presented in the Schluh Gallery, took visitors on a fascinating journey to the artists of Siberia. The works of the artists who shaped this exhibition impressively reflected the wild beauty, cultural diversity and depth of Siberia.
What was particularly impressive was the diversity of the art presented: from landscape paintings that captured the barren expanse and the interplay of natural forces, to contemporary interpretations that dealt with the stories and myths and architecture and eroticism.
The “Siberiade” was a highlight of the cultural program at the Schluh Gallery and was well received by visitors from near and far. With its atmospheric design and the depth of the artistic works, this exhibition will remain in the memory as an extraordinary experience.
The exhibition was opened as part of the Open Studios Worpswede 2023 .
